The memo states that Apple is &quot;aware of this issue and is investigating.&quot; The company specifically notes that some customers are finding that their new iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max stops responding and freezes during the fast boot process after an iCloud restore or data transfer from an older iPhone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-iphone-14-pro-ios-16-0-1-ist-bereits-verfugbar\">iPhone 14 Pro: iOS 16.0.1 is already available<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>As a temporary solution, Apple advises customers to restart their iPhone if it stops responding for more than five minutes. Customers of the new iPhone 14 Pro had a similar problem activating the device on Friday. The iPhone 14 Pro ships with iOS 16, but there is an update to iOS 16.0.1 that customers should install after setting up their new device - <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apfelpatient.de\/en\/news\/iphone-14-problems-activating-imessage-facetime\">more about it here<\/a>.
