Apple has enabled end-to-end encryption for Safari bookmarks in iCloud, thereby increasing privacy and data protection for users.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other words, no one, not even Apple, can access users' saved Safari bookmarks anymore. While Safari bookmarks now have end-to-end encryption, iCloud backups are still left out. For example, they are only protected with 128-bit AES encryption, as are photos, reminders, notes, and more.
