The streaming service Spotify has now confirmed complaints from iPhone users that the app drains around 30 percent of the battery every hour while streaming and makes the iPhone sweat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spotify users who have upgraded from iOS 14.8 to iOS 15 are currently reporting exceptionally high battery performance, which is also causing their iPhones to overheat. Spotify advises users to delete the app and reinstall it. While this approach has helped some users, the majority still seem to be struggling with the problem.
