As part of the \u201cSpring Loaded\u201d event, Apple introduced a brand new Magic Keyboard with Touch ID that comes with the new iMac 24\u2033. Now the accessory is officially available separately.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Magic Keyboard, which Apple unveiled as part of the iMac refresh during the Spring Loaded event, brings several changes that make the keyboard even more useful to users. Among the most important changes is the introduction of Touch ID, a technology that was already available on the MacBook Pro. It has its own Touch ID sensor that creates a secure channel to the Mac's Secure Enclave to protect the authentication process.
