Now it turns out that the second beta of iPadOS 15 is not available for the iPad Pro 9.7-inch (WiFi + Cellular).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the iPadOS 15 Beta 2 release <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.apple.com\/news\/releases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hints<\/a>, available on the Apple Developer website, today&#039;s release cannot be installed on the WiFi + Cellular version of the 9.7-inch iPad Pro. The reason for this is unknown. Most likely, Apple found a serious problem and decided to skip this release for the affected iPad models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ipados-15-beta-2-apple-k-nnte-die-version-berspringen\">iPadOS 15 Beta 2: Apple could skip the version<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>General. Known Issues: iPadOS 15 beta 2 is not available for iPad Pro (9.7-inch) (WiFi + Cellular). (79629736)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The affected device is the smaller model of the first iPad Pro generation, which was introduced in early 2016. So anyone running the first iPadOS 15 beta on the model in question will not be able to update at the moment. It remains to be seen whether Apple will release a revised second version or skip it completely.
