Apple will officially open the 32nd Worldwide Developers Conference this evening at 7 p.m. and present iOS 15, iPadOS 15, tvOS 15, watchOS 8 and macOS 12. But will the company also announce new hardware?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Worldwide Developers Conference is actually considered a software-focused event and thus concentrates on the next generation of operating systems. In response to a tweet asking whether there will be hardware announcements at WWDC 2021, the cryptic but reliable leaker<\/a> "l0vetodream" says there won't be any. In a follow-up tweet, he rules out that new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models will be unveiled at this time. Accordingly, the presentation of the new notebooks is not planned in conjunction with WWDC 2021, as other leakers have claimed. Originally, YouTuber Jon Prosser and some analysts claimed that Apple will unveil at least one of the two MacBook Pro models with a new Apple Silicon processor this evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
