New 3D-printed mockups based on leaked designs for the "iPhone 13" series support earlier claims of a thicker body but also a significantly larger camera bump on the "iPhone 13 Pro Max".<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The latest rumors about the \u201ciPhone 13 Pro\u201d say that it will be 0.2 mm thicker than its predecessor. A new video from EverythingApplePro<\/a> backs up this report, showing that the larger \u200ciPhone 13 Pro Max\u200c will be 0.26mm thicker than the previous model. Both the larger model and the \u200ciPhone 13 mini\u200c can be seen in the new video, which shows 3D-printed mockups taken from alleged CAD files. These are supposedly the specs that are sent to case and accessory makers. In addition to the thicker case, the \u200ciPhone 13 Pro Max\u200c also features a camera bump that protrudes an additional 0.9mm compared to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The camera bump is also larger overall, with each of its lenses being significantly larger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The camera module bump has also been arranged in a more square shape. On the "iPhone 13 Pro Max" it will apparently be 36.56 mm wide and 37.62 mm high. The "iPhone 13 mini" comes even closer to a perfect square at 28.26 mm by 28.27 mm. The overall width and height of the larger and mini phones remain the same but the notch is said to be smaller. EverythingApplePro claims that the LiDAR is larger on the "iPhone 13 Pro Max" and not on the "iPhone 13 mini". There are also revisions inside the next iPhone, which can be seen in the changed positions of the buttons and the SIM tray. The two volume buttons are now a few millimeters higher on the side of the case. The SIM card tray is also slightly shifted.
