However, she added that each staff member apparently has a certain number of &quot;Surprise and Delight&quot; tickets that allow them to go above and beyond the normal service for &quot;truly amazing&quot; customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ber-114-000-likes-und-866-kommentare-gesammelt\">Collected over 114,000 likes and 866 comments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I have often seen people come in with water damage that cannot be replaced without a fee, but the geniuses have used the &quot;Surprise and Delight&quot; program to give someone a free replacement unit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Other commenters on the TikTok video confirmed the claim, including customers who received exceptional service as well as other former Apple Retail employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I have worked in Apple Retail and can confirm this is 1000% true.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, I can confirm this from my own experience.
