Starting today, the limited Black Unity version of the Apple Watch Series 6 can now officially be pre-ordered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apple today officially listed the new Black Unity collection for the Apple Watch in the online store. Users can now pre-order the Apple Watch and the limited edition strap. When Apple announced the Black Unity collection for the Apple Watch last week, announced<\/a> the company stated that it would support global organizations to advance their missions to promote and achieve equality around the world:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black Unity: Apple supports six global organizations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Apple introduces the Black Unity Collection, designed to celebrate and recognize Black history and culture. The collection includes a limited edition Apple Watch Series 6, Black Unity Sport Band, and a Unity watch face. As part of this effort, Apple is supporting six global organizations to advance their missions to promote and enforce equality and civil rights in the U.S. and around the world: Black Lives Matter Support Fund through the Tides Foundation; European Network Against Racism; International Institute on Race, Equality and Human Rights; Leadership Conference Education Fund; NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc., and Souls Grown Deep.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Apple Watch: Black Unity Sport Band sold separately<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Black Unity Sport Band uses colors inspired by the Pan-African flag, with the words "Truth. Power. Solidarity." laser engraved into the clasp. The limited edition Apple Watch Series 6 model, on the other hand, has the word "Black Unity" on the back of the watch. Apple describes it as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The aluminum housing is made of 100 percent recycled aviation alloy and features a specially lasered \u201cBlack Unity\u201d glass on the back.<\/p>

Inspired by the Pan-African flag, the Black Unity Sport Band is made of soft, high-performance fluoroelastomer with a pin-and-tuck closure, featuring the words \u201cTruth. Power. Solidarity.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
