Apple's annual general meeting will be held virtually on February 23, 2021, according to the company's SEC filing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Annual general meetings are usually held in person at Apple Park. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the company to use a virtual solution. Annual General Meeting: Not of Interest to the Public<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Apple explains that online access will be activated or opened approximately 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. According to Apple, those who wish to attend the meeting should submit their vote in advance online, by mail or by phone. Agenda items include the re-election of the Board of Directors, the confirmation of Ernst & Young LLP as Apple's auditing firm and voting on shareholder proposals. Annual general meetings are usually of no interest to the public, as Apple executives do not usually reveal details about products. But there have been isolated exceptions in the past.
