Last week, Apple released an update for Boot Camp (the utility for running Windows on a Mac) and references to the MacBook Pro 16\u2033 2020 were discovered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actually, the latest Boot Camp update was rather unremarkable and not particularly worth mentioning. But a look at the update description makes you sit up and take notice. Among other things, the MacBook Pro 16\u2033 2020 is mentioned. But the model doesn\u2019t actually exist. The current 16-inch device was released at the end of 2019. Of course, the version note could just be a typo. But there is another explanation. Apple released a new high-end graphics option for the MacBook Pro 16\u2033 model in June 2020. The company may now refer to the device as 2020 Model<\/a>If this is the case, then it must be an internal designation, as the official product page still says 2019. Apple's release notes for Boot Camp version 6.1.13 are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introduced in November 2019, the 16-inch MacBook Pro features slimmer bezels, a Magic Keyboard with a more reliable scissor mechanism, 9th generation Intel Core processors, up to 64 GB of RAM, up to 8 TB of SSD storage, AMD Radeon Pro 5000M graphics cards, and improved speakers and microphones. The device starts at \u20ac2,630.95. Depending on the configuration, it can cost up to \u20ac7,868.55. Rumor has it that Apple is planning to hold another event on November 17th.
