WhatsApp received an update at the end of April, which group calls<\/span><\/a> (Audio\/Video) has been expanded to up to eight people. The messenger service is now working on a feature with QR codes. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding new WhatsApp contacts is currently a bit complicated. If you want to save a user, you have to go through the phone contacts. WhatsApp seems to want to change this, as the blog WABetaInfo now reports. According to the blog, a personalized QR code is currently being tested in both the iOS and Android beta versions. WhatsApp recently enabled support for QR codes in the latest iOS beta updates for TestFlight and today WhatsApp is officially rolling out this feature to all Android beta testers as well!<\/p>

The features have been implemented in the same way in both platforms: you can discover your personal QR code in the WhatsApp settings. If you see a QR code, the feature is already available for you!<\/p>

By visiting the corresponding section, you will be able to see your QR code, ready to be shared with new friends so that they can add you easily and quickly. Remember that by sharing your personal QR code, you are also sharing your phone number.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The personalized QR code can also be sent by email or scanned via the app. In addition, the user can generate a new QR code at any time to prevent the code from being spread unintentionally.
